SERVICE MANAGEMENT

RM  can be reached by phone or on-line 365 days a year, and offers Emergency Service on a 24/7 basis.

Maintenance issues are determined and resolved efficiently.  All of our clients call just one number for all of their maintenance issues for any of their retail locations.  

Our trained project managers will help identify and troubleshoot the problem. They will then follow through with the best course of actions to remedy the maintenance issue, which may require a service technician to be sent out to visit the retail location.

Our technician will note the problems and their urgency, while completing the work promptly and checking in/out through our maintenance system.



      

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

RM manages custom projects, such as store openings or renovations, along with all other maintenance repair issues. We also manage warranty, landlord and disaster recovery issues as well.


Every one of our clients are assigned to a specific project manager, which will handle any and all maintenance issues for that clients store locations.

      

RM monitors all technician invoices to ensure you're only paying for the work that was completed. We email weekly updates on all job completions and costs, which are then combined into one monthly bill for our clients.
